【稳定性 Stability】
最佳的工作范围是 pH 7-8，DNase 的活性依赖于 Ca2+， 并可被二价金属离子如 Mn2+，Zn2+等激活。5mM Ca2+   可保护酶使其不被水解，而 0.1mM Ca2+可使酶失活速  率降至原来的 1/2。
